ONE TO ONE COACHING
Surfing is an asymmetrical and repetitive sport. Personal and professional experience with surfers has shown me that muscle imbalances and joint restrictions can lead to pain, movement dysfunction and injury. Begin with a personalised biomechanical assessment to discover your body’s unique needs for mobilisation, stretching, and strengthening to enhance movement, alleviate discomfort, boost performance and get more out of your surfing and of life! Whether you’re an athlete or spend most of your day seated, learn efficient movement patterns to prevent injury and enjoy greater freedom of movement. All skill levels are welcome and encouraged.
Stand Alone Assessment & Program AU $350
- In-person (Cromer, Sydney) or online Assessment and Program.
- Option to reassess and receive a new program after 4-6 weeks (extra cost).
- For In-person sessions (2 hours), Michelle will personally assess you (60 minutes) and teach you your tailored program (60 minutes). Medicare and private health rebates are available.
- For online sessions, Michelle will send you an assessment video and ask you to send back various short videos of yourself completing the assessment tasks. Michelle will also send you an assessment form to fill out and email back. She will then analyse your videos and create your first 4-6 week program. Online sessions include a 30 min video/phone call to discuss your program.
- Both in-person and online options include one month of free access to the Quiver membership. As part of this membership, you will have access to online support via a private facebook group where you can ask training-related questions about your membership or program or post videos for technique correction at any time.
3 Month Intensive Online Program $790*
- Online Assessment and Program. This program will include at least 3 different programs plus any required mobility/soft-tissue work. You will have full control in how you would like to structure your week to fit these sessions and Michelle will ensure that your program is suitably designed based on your access to exercise equipment.
- Michelle will send you an assessment video and ask you to send back various short videos of yourself completing the assessment tasks. Michelle will also send you an assessment form to fill out and email back. She will then analyse your videos and create your 3 month program.
- 4 X 30 minute calls to discuss your program and make any adjustments.
- One month of free access to the Quiver membership. As part of this membership, you will have access to additional online support via a private facebook group where you can ask training-related questions about your membership or program or post videos for technique correction at any time.
- *If you are already a current member of the Quiver membership, the total cost will be reduced to $630.

Surf Strength & Conditioning is an easy, informative, affordable, flexible way to get more fluid, stronger and fitter for the surf. It teaches the foundations of strength training and mobility to prepare you for
longer surf sessions, quicker surf recovery, greater paddle efficiency, bigger and harder turns, fluid surf style and ultimately, higher performance surfing with injury prevention.
By practicing these comprehensive strength and conditioning training exercises with good form, you can improve your balance, flexibility, mobility, endurance, strength, power and agility for
