These workouts are for members of the Lifter’s membership.

This section includes 10 weeks worth of bodyweight and free-weight exercises to prepare you for a surf trip. These will be released after you have completed the 5 Week Paddling Program, therefore from 5 weeks into your membership, you will have access to these workouts. You will then see two new workouts released per week. In the meantime, you are free to create your own workouts using any of the exercises found in this library and if you need any help, feel free to reach out to me on the private facebook coaching group.
